The Strategic Planning Committee develops the long-range strategic plan for the Section. With input from the Board of Trustees and the various VA AWWA committees, the committee establishes goals, objectives, and strategies for the Section to use as guidance in all activities.
This committee is comprised of VA AWWA members who have experience in Section operations and management. They met in 2023 to brainstorm and develop the latest Strategic Plan. The result of their efforts was a board-approved 2024 Strategic Plan (see below—click the image for a PDF copy of the plan).
