Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician

Loudoun Water located in Ashburn VA, has an immediate opening for a Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician.

 

The candidate should have experience maintaining HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems through ongoing maintenance and facility repairs. Thorough knowledge of all building systems with certificates and license in either plumbing, electrical or HVAC. Duties include custodial, landscaping, and carpentry. Direct experience in commercial facilities maintenance with trade certificates and or licenses in any of the referenced trades will be considered. Work overtime as needed.

 

Requirements:

Graduation from High School supplemented with experience in commercial facilities maintenance. Extensive experience or license in HVAC maintenance and repair, plumbing or electrical from accredited institution is preferred Previous lead role within a facilities department or specific trade required.

 

Special Requirements:
