Lauren Thompson- Loudoun Water
Lauren Thompson is a Digital Communications Manager at Loudoun Water in Ashburn, VA, where she manages the organization’s social media channels, external website, customer newsletter, and the employee intranet. She has a B.S. in Journalism and an M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University.
 
Kipp Hanley – Prince William County Service Authority
Kipp Hanley has served as a copywriter for the Prince William County Service Authority since 2013. He previously served as the VA AWWA Publications Committee Chairman and won the Virginia Section’s Public Information Award for Social Media in 2016. He lives in Woodbridge with his daughter Charlotte and cat Nina.
