The Hampton Clean City Commission is dedicated to improving and maintaining the physical environment of Hampton, Virginia. HCCC’s work centers on beautification, solid waste management education, coastal awareness, and litter abatement, while actively encouraging civic participation. Grounded in the philosophy that everyone has a responsibility to enhance their community environment, HCCC emphasizes hands‑on involvement and local stewardship.
