Volunteer Opportunities
The objective of the Membership Engagement Committee is to plan and coordinate efforts to stimulate the recruitment and retention of members in the Virginia Section.  The Vice-Chair would support the committee chair in planning networking events, promoting member involvement, and recruiting new members.  Meetings are held virtually each month, with in-person meetings at WaterJAM and one other time in the year.  The leadership of the Membership Engagement Committee are invited to attend the AWWA Membership Summit in Denver, Colorado, each January.  
 
Anticipated time commitment:  2-3 hours per month
