39th Annual VA AWWA Customer Service Workshop

A workshop designed for employees at all levels of water and sewer utilities. Management, Supervisory, Front Office, and Field Staff members will benefit from the topics presented. We have four days planned full with speakers, presentations, food, outings and more! This conference offers highly interactive sessions, group discussions, and peer networking opportunities.
Tuesday is reserved for our motivational keynote speaker, Jeanne Bennett-Bailey. Join us afterward for a kick-off reception providing a great networking opportunity.
Wednesday includes sessions such as Wowing your Customers with Water Meter Technology, Critical Thinking, Presenting Ideas to Management, and the Let’s Talk Shop session, an annual favorite, a group discussion led by questions from the attendees.
Thursday gives attendees more great training such as Striving for Innovation and Ingenuity, Beyond the Customer: Strategies to Succeed with Challenging Customers & Difficult Situations, Peer Power: Preforming to a Higher Level and a fun and creative, Teambuilding Pentathlon! Thursday evening is an optional group dinner outing which is always a great time!
On Friday, we wrap up the workshop with two presentations, Powerful Words, Positive Actions: Voices of Leadership and Taking Care of Business... What was that all about?
