Bulk Mailing
(Adopted December 11, 1992)
1. Mailings for seminars, workshops, and conferences shall be
sent to all section members and multi-section members. The mailing
labels shall be obtained from the Section Administrator. Use of
other mailing lists in place of or in conjunction with the Section's
mailing list shall first be approved by the Trustee responsible
for the committee planning the seminar, workshop or conference.
Mailings outside the Virginia Section or to targeted groups must
also receive the approval of the responsible Trustee.
2. All bulk mailing shall be through the Section's non-profit,
bulk mail permit. Mailing labels shall be applied and maintained
in zip code order, then shipped to the Section Administrator for
final mailing. The Section Administrator will process and deliver
to the post office within three days of delivery. The Section's
permit is a 3rd class rate, and thus mailing should occur 5-6
weeks prior to the scheduled event.
