Seminars/Workshops Registration
Refunds
(Adopted December 11, 1992)
The coordinator, by written authorization to the Treasurer,
may refund a paid registration fee upon request of the applicant,
provided such request is made 14 days prior to the start of the
seminar/workshop.
An organization may substitute another individual at any time prior
to the start of the seminar/workshop, provided the substituted individual
is entitled to registration fee paid. For example, a non-member
cannot be substituted for an individual member; however, a non-member
can substitute if the original registration was under a utility
membership number. |
