Prior to the Banquet
Fuller award Committee Chair provides VA Section Director with
a sealed copy of the recipient's biographical write-up for delivery
to the National Officer.
At the Banquet
Chair of VA Section introduces the AWWA representative for
the presentation. In the absence of the National Representative,
the Chair of the Fuller Award Committee will read the biography.
Previous awardees come up to the front.
Committee Chair or a designated member of the committee begins
walking around the room, supposedly looking for the recipient
during the reading of biographical outline.

reading, committee Chair or designee should be approximately
behind the recipient. At the end of the reading, committee Chair
escorts recipient up to the podium.
VA Section Chair pins the Fuller Award pin on the recipient.
After the pin presentation ceremony, the escort will lead the
recipient to the left and down from the head table to shake
hands with the previous award winners.
After the Banquet
Fuller Award Committee Chair provides the recipient with a
copy of the Biographical write-up, with copies to the Section
Administrator and the Newsletter Editor.
