Trustees
The Virginia Section By-Laws in Article VII state that the Trustees
shall be officers of the Virginia Section. Article VII, Section
7.4.4, states that the term of office of the Trustees shall be two
years. 1. The Trustees are given the primary responsibility
of directing and coordinating the activities of section councils.
These councils are as follows:
Conference and Awards Council
Education and Public Affairs Council
Administrative Council
Technical and Standards Council
Membership in these section councils may be adjusted, as the
Board of Trustees deems necessary to the proper functioning of
the Section.
2. Each Trustee also serves on the Program Committee and, as such,
helps the Program Committee Chair in the development of a sound
technical program for the Virginia Section annual meeting. |
