Past Chair
The Past Chair serving on the Board of Trustees shall assist the
new Chair in assuming the duties of his/her office, provide information
on the origin and status of his/her continuing activities, consult
with him/her concerning committee Chairs and members. The Past Chair's
primary responsibility is directing and coordinating the activities
of the Nominating Committee and Strategic Planning Committee. In
this capacity, he/she is responsible to the Board of Trustees for
reporting the progress of these committees during the year. |
