Eligability: Full-time undergraduate student, or Full- or Part-time graduate student, currently enrolled in a Virginia college or university with a career goal of serving in the water or wastewater industry. $2,500 award presented to awardee at the Joint Annual Meeting (WaterJAM) held in September.
